Complete 25 lock capacity tracking system. Package includes:
- A 25 lock capacity system board on a 25 key size frame.
- 25 retention pegs.
- A padlock storage bar.
- 25 access pegs.
- 35 anti-tamper seals.
- A pair of seal cutters.
Additional access pegs and security seals etc can be purchased to accomodate this package.

LOCKTRACKER 10 LOCK SYSTEM
This option is for a 10 lock capacity tracking system, which includes a 10 key size frame, 10 retention pegs, 10 access pegs, 20 anti-tamper seals, seal cutters and a padlock storage bar.
Additional products can be purchased for this system (Access & retention pegs, Security Seals etc).

How the system works
Padlocks are removed by inserting a coloured access peg next to the keys in the board and turning to the left. The keys must be returned for the user to regain their personal peg.
The colour and engraved number on the end of the access peg will tell who has that lock (and therefore who is in the building, working on which machinery etc.)
Locktracker systems use up to 10 different coloured access pegs and include adhesive numbers for numbering your existing padlocks.
Locktracker lock boxes incorporate up to six different padlock colours with up to 3 digits on each padlock.
Spare keys are kept on a seperate secure keytracker - no more bolt-cropping!
The colour and number of the lock at lock-off point will tell which individual is working on that unit.
